When is rent due and how do I pay?

What utility companies do you use?

Our community utilizes Duke for Electric Water is through the city and billed through the resident ledger. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease.
